Walking with your loved one
Walking over hill and dale is one of life’s true pleasures. There is something so magical about just putting one foot in front of the other and setting out; along the coastal pathway, climbing Cader Idris, pounding across the heather near a loch, or just the local countryside near your home, whatever your walk, it is just good to get out there. And whether you walked with your loved one or rambling pal, a walk can be a good time to contemplate their loss, and we’ve designed a walking stick with the ashes into glass topper means you can take them with you.
The staves (the main part of the stick) are all completely unique and come from around Okehampton, which is on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon, England. They are then seasoned for at least a year before being hand prepared by our craftsman and finished with Danish oil.
We can offer a choice of wood, each with its own character.

We may be able to get other types of wood, if you have a specific request please do let us know and we will do our best to source it for you.
Ashes to Glass
In order to make the glass topper we will send you a pack with everything you need to send your loved ones ashes securely to us (about a teaspoon per item is sufficient). The glassmaker, here in Devon, will then incorporate the ashes into glass making either a Swirl or Stardust design. We offer a choice of three colours although if there is another colour that you would prefer just select the bespoke option and our talented glassmakers will work with you in selecting the colour you want.

The Memorial Walking Stick is appox 110-120cm in length which can vary slight, each is different in appearance. If you would like it cut to a specific length just let us know in the comments section when you order.
The price includes package and postage and will take about 3 – 5 weeks depending on what staves are in stock. We aim to complete as early as possible.
